Blue Moose – Wedding Band
Let Blue Moose bring your wedding reception to the next level with their unique wedding show. Their unrivalled experience as a high energy rock and pop cover band now mixed with classic wedding floor fillers, country, disco, soul, waltzes and more. Blue Moose will have you and your guests strutting your stuff all night long. The band are truly an experienced bunch. Years have been spent crafting their trade. But it’s not just about the music – it’s about the ability to read a crowd, to guess what they want and to bring them in until they are fully engaged and active participants. Blue Moose have literally 100’s of songs in their repertoire that will keep the floor hopping. They don’t use a setlist. Instead the set is constructed on-the-fly, hitting the crowd with more of what they want. All done without gaps or interruptions. Might wanna ditch the heels ladies, cause you’ll be dancing.
The current line up includes their frontman Tony Ward, an accomplished showman and founding member who has steered Blue Moose for over 20 years. Philip Joyce (lead guitar), has an impressive resume that includes playing with Shane Filan on his last solo tour and appearing on Sky Arts Guitar Star. Tamas Molnar (keyboards), is a classically trained musician in clarinet, sax and piano. Jason Malaney (Drums), is also a top session musician and has his name on many recirding projects. Jason was also Jake Carter’s drummer before joining the ranks with Bluemoose. And Keelan Kelly on bass, who is one of the most talented young players in the country. Before joining Bluemoose Keelan just returned from a resident gig in the USA where he performed in the band with a top Irish Dance show.
They have a dedicated office too manned by Bobby O’Hara another founding member that has had 17 years on the road. Bobby knows the band inside out and can advise and answer all your questions. Fill in an enquiry now and hopefully Blue Moose could be entertaining you and your guests on your big day.
