The Electrix – Wedding Band

Planning your wedding day is one of the most exciting times of a couples journey together. Once the marriage ceremony is complete the entertainment for your reception is one of the most important elements to your special night.

The band perform extensively at weddings and corporate events throughout Ireland and abroad. They have been listed as finalists in multiple awards including the Mrs2Be Band of the Year , Weddings Online Band of the Year and The Irish Wedding Awards Wedding Entertainment of the year. The band have also been listed in the top ten wedding bands by Weddings Online.

        

The setlist caters for all tastes and ages that can include everything from wedding standards to classic & modern chart hits.  The Electrix share a vast amount of experience and know what it takes to make your night one to remember. The set list can be tailored to suit your needs, and include everything from wedding standards to classic & modern chart hits.

The Electrix  are an award winning band with a wealth of experience within the Irish

music scene. The band members have performed and toured with many highly acclaimed acts such as Picture This, Ryan Sheridan, Gary Barlow, James Blunt and Olly Murs. As well as performing in some of Irelands biggest venues including the 3 Arena, The Olympia and Nolan Park. Based in County Laois the band are managed and fronted by Damian Carroll on Lead vocals and acoustic guitar. He is joined by Tadgh Leahy on Lead Guitar/vocals, and Lenny Cahill on Piano & keyboards. The rhythm section consists of Darren Sweeney on Bass and vocals and Jonny Field on Drums & percussion, a graduate of the British & Irish Modern Music Institute (BIMM) in Dublin
